1. 100% Anti-Counterfeit Steel Guarantee

Building any structure requires a real financial commitment. Using fake, untested, or sub-standard TMT rebar puts human lives and building safety at risk. That is why every order placed through Sariya Bazar comes with a strict anti-counterfeit guarantee.

If a delivery truck arrives with un-embossed rebar, re-rolled scrap steel, or bars that do not match the brand on your invoice, you have the full right to turn the truck away on the spot. We will immediately arrange a 100% refund or organize an exact replacement from a verified supplier.

2. Weighbridge Verification & Quantity Assurance

Weight discrepancies between mill dispatches and construction site drop-offs are a common headache in bulk steel buying. We enforce strict weighbridge rules so you get every kilogram you pay for:

• Computerized Weighbridge Slip: Every truck must arrive with a stamped, computerized gross/tare/net slip from a government-calibrated weighbridge.
• On-Site Re-Weighing: You are entitled to re-weigh the loaded truck at any mutually agreed local weighbridge within 10 km of your delivery site before offloading.
• Shortage Credit: Standard moisture and scale tolerance up to ±0.5% is accepted across the industry. If shortage exceeds 0.5%, your account will be immediately credited pro-rata for the missing weight at your agreed per-ton rate.

3. Mandatory Mill Test Certificate (MTC) Matching

Every shipment must come with an original Mill Test Certificate (MTC) matching the exact heat numbers tagged on your delivered steel bundles. The certificate confirms full compliance with Bureau of Indian Standards code IS:1786, verifying:

• Chemical composition analysis (Carbon ≤0.25%, Sulfur ≤0.040%, Phosphorus ≤0.040%).
• Mechanical strength tests (Yield Stress, Ultimate Tensile Strength, and TS/YS ratio).
• Ductility and 180-degree bend and rebend test results.

4. Escrow Payment Protection & Dispute Support

For bulk institutional orders processed through our platform, we offer escrow-style payment protection. Funds remain safe in a protected account until your team inspects the delivery, checks the MTC certificates, and confirms weighbridge slips on arrival.

If a quality issue arises, our support team orders an independent test at a NABL-accredited laboratory. If the steel fails IS:1786 standards, funds are returned to you immediately and the supplier faces removal from our platform.
